All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges once the merchandise has been picked up or delivered. Manufacturing warranties may apply to products. Customers are responsible for retaining proof of purchase and original tags are to be attached to products for warranty claims. Customers will be responsible to fill out warranty claims directly with the manufacturer. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Payment plans require agreed upon terms to be met in full. Mattress By Appointment Wasco is not responsible for damaged products after pick up or delivery. All customers are encouraged to inspect their mattress or any other products purchased at the time of pick up or delivery. Mattress by appointment Wasco is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or health concerns arising from the use of purchased products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
